Working in Japan as a foreigner
I started working in Japan about a year ago and it seemed really nice at first. They will teach you and support you, but as time passes you start feeling the pressure they put on you. Claiming that you are the one of the team and try not to bother others. You are not allowed to make mistakes and begin to afraid making mistakes. Then realizes that the best way is to stuck to the current way and not taking new steps because you do not want more risks. Mistakes can be made anywhere and anytime and it helps you to become better than yesterday. But here mistakes come with big responsibility and you make burden to others. Therefore others blame you for that and you do not want to be blamed. This is the reason why it is hard to be creative in japan. Why blaming others and not understand them, this is the biggest issue. Why not supporting them, rather than blaming them...
